This service enables representatives of healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals to submit an appeal against violations issued against them. The appeal must be submitted within 30 days from the date of issuance of the decision. The appeal will be reviewed by the relevant committee, and the final decision will be issued.

Required Documents:

  • Written justification of the appeal.
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., inspection photos, reports, documents).
  • Attachments with mandatory description/comment.

Conditions & Requirements:

  • Appeal must be submitted within 30 days of the approval date.
  • Violations already paid or beyond the appeal window cannot be appealed.
  • Facility representatives can only appeal for their own facility.
  • Only one appeal can be submitted per violation.
  • Appeal form must be completed with required justification and details.
